Policies

  • For any groups of 5 or more, a credit card on file is required to secure and confirm the appointment. For any cancelations or changes, a 24hr notice must be more or a $10/person charge will be made to the credit card.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs ahead.

  • For any no-shows, there will be a $20 charge made on your next visit. 

  • Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed

  • Appointments are highly recommended. Weekend appointments are recommended to be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • We are not licensed for “bring your own bottle” therefore this does not apply and is not allowed on the premise

  • 15% auto-gratuity is applied for groups of 8 or more
